Shepherd’s Pie

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
2 cups of vegetables (carrots, corn, peas — whatever you have available; thaw if frozen)
1½ lbs potatoes, quartered (if you don’t want the skins, peel them too)
